This year’s conference, which carries the theme “Quality in Equity. Equity in Quality,” will be held at the Holiday Inn, Baguio City on 26-28 November 2019. 🍓🌲

The NCODeL 2019 provides a venue for participants to gain a better understanding of the concepts, principles, and methodologies of distance education, eLearning, and technology-enhanced learning. It is also a space for practitioners and scholars to share research results and practices in these areas.

WHAT’S COOL ABOUT NCODeL 2019?

The VENUE

Literally breezy! Baguio City, a.k.a the Summer Capital of the Philippines and the City of Pines,  is a mountain town of universities and resorts located in the Cordilleras. Owing to its high elevation, the average temperature in the city ranges from 15 to 23 degrees Celsius and is usually lower during the late and early months of the year. Being rich in its culture, tourist spots, and products and services, Baguio is a favorite go-to-place of the Filipinos not only during the summer season but all year round. The TOPICS

Fresh ideas, researches, and innovative ways! NCODeL 2019 will zero in on three sub-themes, namely, Quality Assurance Framework in ODeL; Access, Inclusivity and Equity in ODeL; and Inclusive Technology for Quality ODeL. This is a forum to discuss and share experiences on how equity can be incorporated in quality assurance frameworks, how access can be improved in and through technology-enhanced learning, and how various technologies in making technology-enhanced learning be made more accessible to increasingly diverse learners.
