The 6th National Conference on Open and Distance eLearning is just around the corner and we are very excited! In preparation for your arrival in Baguio City, the following information may be helpful.
Location
NCODeL2019 will be held at the Holiday Inn, Baguio City, a four-star hotel located in Legarda Road, Baguio City, Benguet, Philippines.
Registration Desk
When you arrive at the Holiday Inn Hotel on Tuesday morning (26 November), you will find the Registration Desk on the ground floor, on the right side of the main entrance.
Conference Rooms
The main programs, including all plenary sessions, will be held at Bag-iw Hall located on the ground floor of the hotel. Parallel sessions will be held in the following areas: Karao Rooms 1, 2 and 3, Isneg and Apo Lounge, which are all located on the second floor.
Call Time
The Registration Desk will open at 7:00 AM every day. On 26 November, Tuesday, the NCODeL Pre-Conference Session will start at 9:00 am. To avail of Pre-Conference Session slots, signing up in advance is required.
On the 27th, the main conference will start at exactly 9:30 AM. Participants are encouraged to be seated at the venue by 9:20 AM to prevent interruptions once the Opening Ceremony has started.

Coffee and Lunch Breaks
All refreshments will be served inside the plenary and parallel rooms. People with specific dietary requirements may avail of food from a specified area.
Exhibits
The UP Open University and other sponsors of the event will put up exhibits during the conference. We encourage you to take the time to visit them during coffee and lunch breaks.
Dress Code
There is no strict dress code but smart casual attire is encouraged. The temperature in Baguio during the conference dates will be approximately 22°C in the morning and 18°C in the evening. Scarfs, coats and sweaters will help keep you warm.
Photography and Videography
We will be taking photos and videos during the conference. If you do not wish to be featured, please let the official photographers/cameramen on site know.
Accommodation
Our team has compiled a list of accommodation options near the conference venue. Make sure to book prior the conference since November is a peak season and a number of delegates from all over the Philippines are expected to come.
