Coffee and Lunch Breaks
All refreshments will be served inside the plenary and parallel rooms. People with specific dietary requirements may avail of food from a specified area.
The UP Open University and other sponsors of the event will put up exhibits during the conference. We encourage you to take the time to visit them during coffee and lunch breaks.
There is no strict dress code but smart casual attire is encouraged. The temperature in Baguio during the conference dates will be approximately 22°C in the morning and 18°C in the evening. Scarfs, coats and sweaters will help keep you warm.
Photography and Videography
We will be taking photos and videos during the conference. If you do not wish to be featured, please let the official photographers/cameramen on site know.
Our team has compiled a list of accommodation options near the conference venue. Make sure to book prior the conference since November is a peak season and a number of delegates from all over the Philippines are expected to come.
Widen Your Network
We encourage you to widen your network and connect with other colleagues throughout the conference. Share experiences, talk about innovative ideas, and exchange contacts during breaks. Use the official hashtags #NCODeL2019 and #eLearning in any social media posts.
Always check the NCODeL website for updates. The schedule of sessions, book of abstracts, certificates and other important information you need will all be available on the website.
